About Fleur
Fleur is the founder and director of the Fleur Estelle Dance School - London's largest Belly Dance School, running courses throughout the year at various Central London locations. The School offers training for beginners through to advanced / professional levels, and courses follow a goal-orientated syllabus which promotes development and rapid improvement.

Fleur has been dancing since the age of 3 when she began her training at Vacani Ballet School. After years of ballet and then exploring several different styles of dance she 'fell in love' with belly dancing and started intensive training in this field during her late teenage years. Fleur says, "Dance has always been a part of my life and more than just a hobby for me but a passion. More so, its my passion to teach others how to dance, to feel good in their body and increase their confidence through numerous dance forms". Although Fleur's main focus of the school started belly dancing, it has since expanded to provide numerous fusions of belly dance with i.e. Bollywood, Polynesian, Tango, Hip-hop and Tribal styles.
Fleur's intensive training has included learning with experts both in the UK and in Egypt which has allowed her to develop and perfect her craft while benefitting from the experience and wisdom of numerous mentors and teachers.
Fleur has performed and taught both in the UK and internationally including in Egypt, France, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Guernsey and Greece.

Fleur holds a Bachelor of Science Psychology degree with Honors, and during her final year at University her thesis was dedicated to the psychological impact of belly dancing on women. This has resulted in an increased awareness of the benefits of belly dancing and has helped Fleur to develop the School's strong, confidence-building teaching style.
