Suitable for absolute beginners, this is an ongoing 1 hour class that you can simply drop-in to any week you like & ‘pay as you go’

What to wear?
Comfortable attire is recommended: Bare feet, leggings / tracksuits / long skirt with a coinbelt if you have one, and a short or long top
