Ready to dip your toe into the waters of your next challenge?

Combi-level: this is predominantly a Level 4/5 course. We’ll sprinkle in a few moves from Level 5, and one or two from Level 6 for that extra challenge 🙂

Increase your endurance and elevate your Level 4 techniques with some fast-paced Drum Solo-ing! Raise the bar and start layering even more complex combinations of vibrant, energetic and expressive percussive moves.

Using your existing knowledge of Belly Dance Level 4 techniques, travel an excitingly intense road of sharpened, percussive movements that teach you how to harness even more precision and control. We’ll also introduce moves from Level 5 and 6 to create the perfect mixture of challenge and revision throughout this course.

With the option to perform at our end of term Belly Dance  Showcase, you can be part of an act that’s sure to leave the rhythms of the drums vibrating through the audience long after the show has finished!

Level: 4-5-6. If you haven’t yet completed Level 4 and you’re keen to take this course, we recommend taking a Level 4 course alongside this course to help you master Level 4 techniques and get the most out of each class.

Book your place today

Entry to the venue is up to 15 minutes before class start time. Please sign in at reception on arrival then head to the studio to dance with us!

Please note: Students may use the gym’s changing rooms and dance studio, but the use of any other facilities (e.g. showers, swimming pool etc.) is not permitted by the venue. Exit for this class is by 9.55pm at the latest, in accordance with our contract with the Club, so there won’t be time to use the changing rooms once the class has finished. Instead, you’ll have your belongings with you in the studio and can simply pull your trousers over your leggings, change your shoes and put on your coat 🙂

Disclaimer: As with any form of exercise, be sure to listen to your body and only do what feels comfortable for you. Your instructor will guide you safely through each class, but please note that you are responsible for your personal health at all times. Please speak to your doctor if you have any concerns before joining our classes. Healthy bodies are happy bodies!

Fees are non-refundable. If you miss 1 or 2 classes, you can take up to 2 replacement classes (subject to T&C here). You may also transfer your place to a friend if you can no longer make it, or apply for a future term transfer (subject to T&C here)

Course price (£130) is total fee per person. Add the performance bundle (£20) to your cart if you want to take part in the end of term Belly Dance Showcase on Saturday 23rd November 2019.

Our instructors aren’t able to slow the pace of advanced courses – we want our students to feel happily challenged, only when they’re ready 🙂

What to wear

Comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in!

For example:

  • leggings
  • a short or long top
  • anti-slip socks / flexible sole slipper
  • optional coinbelt / hipscarf

Don’t have a coinbelt? We sell some in classes, or you can simply bring a winter scarf to wrap around your hips. Some students don’t wear a scarf nor a belt so don’t worry if you prefer to opt out!
