Add a shot of extra challenge to your belly dancing journey by exploring the more complex and faster paced world of Level 3. Learn plenty of intermediate techniques, including maya, omi circle, belly-pop walk and tiptoe sweep, and discover how to layer the different moves together. Increase your endurance – Level 3 is where we really pick up the pace!
This course includes the option to perform at our end of term Belly Dance Showcase, so you can dance your newly perfected haggala on stage in all its beauty!

Entry to the venue is up to 15 minutes before class start time. Please sign in at reception on arrival (you don’t need to be a member of Nuffield) then head to the studio to dance with us! Exit for this class is by 9.55pm at the latest, in accordance with our contract with the Club, so there won’t be time to use the changing rooms once the class has finished. Instead, you’ll have your belongings with you in the studio and can simply pull your trousers over your leggings, change your shoes and put on your coat 🙂
Please note: Students may use the gym’s changing rooms and dance studio, but the use of any other facilities (e.g. showers, swimming pool etc.) is not permitted by the venue.
Disclaimer: As with any form of exercise, be sure to listen to your body and only do what feels comfortable for you. Your instructor will guide you safely through each class, but please note that you are responsible for your personal health at all times. Please speak to your doctor if you have any concerns before joining our classes. Healthy bodies are happy bodies!
Fees are non-refundable. If you miss 1 or 2 classes you can take up to 2 replacement classes (subject to T&C here). You may also transfer your place to a friend if you can no longer make it, or apply for a future term transfer (subject to T&C here)
Course price (£130) is total fee per person. Add the performance bundle (£20) to your cart if you want to take part in the end of term Belly Dance Showcase on Sunday 24th March 2019.

What to wear
Comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in!
- a short or long top
- barefoot / anti-slip socks / flexible sole slipper
- optional coinbelt / hipscarf
Don’t have a coinbelt? We sell some in classes, or you can simply bring a winter scarf to wrap around your hips. Some students don’t wear a scarf nor a belt so don’t worry if you prefer to opt out!
