Looking for a stepping stone before the Level 5 leap?
This course is the perfect way to give yourself time to really master and enjoy Level 4 techniques. Allow your body and mind the time and space to feel at home with the moves, and welcome some Level 5 techniques into the mix for stimulation and growth.

Many of the moves from the same family are split across Levels 4 and 5, so combining them provides a great overall muscle workout for the body to digest.
You’ve probably danced with us enough by now to know about our Belly Dance Showcase – and this course includes the option to perform on Saturday 30th June 2018!
We will ask you to confirm if you’d like to perform (and choose your costume colours) by week 3 of the course, so we can allocate the choreography roles and positions for everyone nice and early. As we know as dancers – it’s all about preparation, preparation, preparation!

Entry to the venue is up to 15 minutes before class start time. Please sign in at reception on arrival (you don’t need to be a member of Nuffield) then head to the studio to dance with us!
Please note: Students may use the gym’s changing rooms and dance studio, but the use of any other facilities (e.g. showers, swimming pool etc.) is not permitted by the venue. Exit for this class is by 9.55pm at the latest, in accordance with our contract with the Club, so there won’t be time to use the changing rooms once the class has finished. Instead, you’ll have your belongings with you in the studio and can simply pull trousers over your leggings, change your shoes and wrap up in your coat 🙂

Your instructor will guide you safely through each class, but please note that you are responsible for your personal health at all times. Fees are non-refundable. If you miss 1 or 2 classes, you can take up to 2 replacement classes (subject to T&C here). You may also transfer your place to a friend if you can no longer make it, or apply for a future term transfer (subject to T&C here)

Our instructors aren’t able to slow the pace of advanced courses – we want our students to feel happily challenged, only when they’re ready 🙂

What to wear
Comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in!
- a short or long top
- barefoot / anti-slip socks / flexible sole slipper
- optional coinbelt / hipscarf
Don’t have a coinbelt? We sell some in classes, or you can simply bring a winter scarf to wrap around your hips. Some students don’t wear a scarf nor a belt so don’t worry if you prefer to opt out!
