Condition
Outside fabric excellent condition, inside lining shows some wear (hence the low price) and some beads on the bottom rim of the skirt have come undone - you could keep it as is or give it a bit of TLC if you'd like it to be perfect!

Bra + Belt integrated into the skirt (Full Costume)
Bonus: Also includes headband, sleeves, leggings (leggings are not very fitted and are shorter than the skirt so it's a bonus, don't rely on it)
Blue shiny stretchy fabric on skirt, and the same fabric is attached to the hard-case bra (non stretchy) Blue and silver decorations in the form of beads, gemstones, appliques.
 
Size guesstimate: S/M
Under bust is approximately 76cm-99cm depending on where you place the hook although you could shorten the back strap to make it tighter
Skirt belt is stretchy approx 62cm-84cm at hip line
Length from belt down the skirt to floor is approx 90cm
Check the photos for measurements inside the bra cups. The bra doesn't say cup size so our guesstimate is anywhere between approx. 34-36 A/B/C cup (you can also pad the inside if too large) but check the measurements to ensure you're confident about the fit before buying :-)
