(the size is not indicated on the costume so here below is our guesstimate based on our experience with this costume)
Skirt is stretchy and can fit size 8 UK (90cm hip line), and can technically stretch to fit size 12 UK (100cm hip line) (although it might feel a bit tight at that stretch) so the size is estimated 8-10 UK size with stretch potential for a bit more. Length of the skirt from hip bone to floor is approx. 95cm.
The bra indicates size 34/75 but doesn't say cup size. In our experience with this bra it suits 32-34 UK bust, guesstimate either cup A (with padding) or B cup, maybe a small C cup but check the photos for measurements inside the bra cups to ensure you're sure it would fit you before buying :-)
Left bra cup does not have a bra strap but it does have the function integrated for you to add your own clear bra strap should you wish extra support.
